Midterm workshop for the joint call projects
The five projects of the joint call of FOSC and SUSFOOD2 have reached their midterm. On 16 May they presented their preliminary results during an online project meeting hosted by BLE Germany. It was an interesting day that started with a welcome and introduction of the SUSFOOD2 network by Nikola Hassan and the FOSC network by Isabelle Hyppolyte.
The first key-note about Cleverfood and the FOOD 2030 Networks was given by Christian Bugge Henriksen, followed by a key-note about the international dimension of food systems by Maroun El Moujabber.
The five projects presented the work done. All made considerable progress and showed interesting results. The system approach requested in the joint call was mentioned as factor that brought more uniqueness and innovation to the projects. Also circularity used in various practical situations showed to be feasible and beneficial.
